Learn how to skirt your fleeces for fleece competitions and prepare 2 ounces of fiber for handcrafter's spin-offs. Hear what the judges are looking for and how to prepare your fleeces to earn higher scores.

Bring a covered dish and join us for a summer picnic afterwards.

Stall space is limited to either 8' x 8' or 10' x 10'. There is a limit of 6 alpacas/3 stalls per breeder.

All vendor booth spaces have been filled except one 10' x 10' booth space and a few 8' table spaces. Table spaces are $60.00. Montgomery County 4-H Event

SAFONA was invited to attend the Montgomery County 4-H event as an alpaca vendor. We will be show casing our SAFONA display booth, promoting alpacas and alpaca fiber, yarn and products as well as providing spinning demonstration.

SAFONA 2nd Neonatal Clinic

This year's clinic will be concentrating more on the wet lab part so folks get more time to practice the hands-on. We have 2 crias available to us and that means we can have 25 participants. Last year we filled up quickly. The cost will be $40.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members. Lunch will be provided.
